“Cooperation with UK is relevant in the field of digital technologies, Uk is capable of transforming them into commercial success,” said European Parliament President, Roberta Metsola, during the EU-UK 2026 Forum in Brussels.
Metsola also spoke in this context of the importance of cooperation with the United Kingdom from the point of view of new technologies and artificial intelligence so as not to remain outside world competitiveness, which risks being dragged down otherwise by China and the United States.
