“We are asking the Commission for a strategy to get out of dependence,” said MEP Cristina Guarda of the Greens group during the plenary session held in Strasbourg. The MEP spoke about agriculture and how the growing import of fertilizers and food below cost will not help European agriculture, thus calling for a change in strategy by the Union.
